How to delete an account

Signed-in users can delete their account directly in the TodayCrew mobile app. Open More → Security settings → Delete account, enter the current password, type DELETE, and confirm. The sign-in account and personal profile are removed immediately and all active sessions are revoked.

Company admins may also request deletion of a company workspace and associated staff accounts through the public support page or by emailing Refreshland2020@gmail.com.

What will be deleted

The authentication account, sessions, profile contact details, avatar, verification records, password-reset records, and personal notifications are deleted. The linked staff profile is deactivated and anonymised.

What may be retained

Historical roster, attendance, payroll, billing, and audit records may retain a pseudonymous staff reference where required for employment law, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup recovery. They no longer contain the deleted user's contact details or active sign-in access.

Processing time

In-app account deletion is immediate. Residual encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. Requests to delete an entire company workspace are reviewed through support and are normally processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
