Terms of Service
1. Service
TodayCrew provides software for scheduling, attendance tracking, employee requests, and payroll preparation workflows for businesses.
2. Business customer responsibility
The business customer is responsible for the accuracy of roster data, staff permissions, pay settings, payroll decisions, and legal compliance in its jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
Customers must keep credentials secure and are responsible for activity within their accounts. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with operations, reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans, billing terms, renewals, and cancellation rules must be published in your final commercial pricing page before launch.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Data and payroll outputs
TodayCrew may generate payroll-related summaries, but the customer remains responsible for validating payroll calculations and all tax, employment, and award compliance obligations.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or security risk. Customers may stop using the service subject to any active subscription terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and liability is limited as set out in your final commercial agreement.
