Terms of Service

1. Service

TodayCrew provides software for scheduling, attendance tracking, employee requests, and payroll preparation workflows for businesses.

2. Business customer responsibility

The business customer is responsible for the accuracy of roster data, staff permissions, pay settings, payroll decisions, and legal compliance in its jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

Customers must keep credentials secure and are responsible for activity within their accounts. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with operations, reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Fees and subscriptions

Accounts with up to 10 active team members may use TodayCrew's core scheduling features without a subscription fee.

Accounts that grow above 10 active team members receive a 30-day trial without a payment card. After that trial, continued access requires a payment method and a one-time AUD $1 introductory charge covering the next two months. The standard recurring subscription then begins at AUD $5 per month for 11–19 active team members or AUD $10 per month for 20 or more active team members.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Customers may manage or cancel a subscription from company billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and access remains available through the paid period, subject to applicable law.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Data and payroll outputs

TodayCrew may generate payroll-related summaries, but the customer remains responsible for validating payroll calculations and all tax, employment, and award compliance obligations.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or security risk. Customers may stop using the service subject to any active subscription terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. TodayCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
